If you are visiting Pittsburgh, you should know that the Mon Incline is used by workers commuting from Mount Washington neighborhoods. For the most enjoyable experience, you might want to choose non-rush-hour times to avoid crowded incline cars. Less crowded cars will afford you the best views of the city and more unobstructed photo opportunities.
